1. Are the subjects according to school curriculum?
   The subjects are taught based on the school curriculum.
    

2. Is there any difference in your centre compared to the many in the market?
   The biggest problem with education now is that it is heavily commercialized. The classes here are not run as a business model where teachers are employed to educate student.
   The tutors are the owner of the tuition. Therefore, you can be assured that both teachers put in their best effort in educating your child. There will also be no double standards in teaching since there will not be any change of tutors.
   This also explain why there are only 2 tutors in this home based tuition.
    

3. Is there any proof behind the methodology?
   No. The methodology is derived from years of experiences in providing tuition. However, we can assure you that as long as your child put in effort in our classes, he or she will improve based on our teaching methodology, like the case of all other students.
   
   In addition, many of the methods we include in our methodology have been extensively proven to be effective in education. For examples, Feedback, Reward and Punishment. You can do a simple Google Scholar Search online and there are plenty of research articles that suggest these methods to be effective.
   
   In fact, we even advise parents to adopt such methods at home because all these are psychological methods have been proven useful in educating children.
    

4. What is the teaching method?
   The teaching method we adopt is progressive teaching.
   The basics will be taught first before we move on to more complex information in each topic.
    

5. Is tuition for Secondary school students available?
   Yes. However, priorities are given to children who are with us since Primary level.
   The reason is simply because there are only 2 tutors and we have limited vacancies because of that. In addition, Secondary school syllabus is build on Primary school learning. It will be preferential for the tutors to have a good grasp of the child since young.
    

6. Why does the methodology seems so simple?
   Children are afterall children, they are young mind. On top of the daily 7am-4pm lessons, enrichment program and curriculum activity, students are still expected to attend our tuition which is exhausting. At our tuition, we understand that and hence we let the difficult part of learning, the transfer of knowledge, rest on the tutor's shoulder. Afterall, the teaching methodology is this home-based tuition trade secret, isn't it?
    

7. Will questions asked outside the classroom via text/SMS be answered immediately?
   We cannot guarantee that because the tutors may be giving tuition. During tuition, the tutors will not be accessing their phone and we believe that is also what the parents expect of the tutors -- to be fully committed in educating their child.
   Despite the delay in response, please be assured all queries posted will be answered.
    

8. What is the Reward Points and how does it work?
   As mentioned, children perform better when they are rewarded for their behaviour.
   Why are kids hook on to going back to Arcade to play and exchange for coupons? Because it is a rewarding behaviour, the more games they play, the more coupons they get, the bigger prizes to be exchange for.
   To encourage student to do their homework and practice their spelling, points are awarded.
   
   Students will be awarded points if they do their homework diligently and practice their spelling.
   These points can then be accumulated to be exchange for prizes.
   
   You will have come to realise that we did not heavily advertise this aspect of the tuition although it is a very important aspect of the methodology.
   This is because we do not want to deliver the wrong message to the students and parents. This is NOT a marketing gimmick to get students and parents onboard of our program. Students should come here intending to learn and better themselves, not because there are prizes to be exchange for.
    

9. What is the term for each year?
   Classes will begin in mid Dec to mid Nov of each year.
   Classes will continue as per usual during school holidays.
    

10. Why are there classes after SA2?
    The classes after SA2 is to prepare the student for the school syllabus next year.
     

11. Am I allowed to visit the classroom before deciding on enrolling my child?
